Sonoma’s Daylight Wine & Spirits has both a straight bourbon finished in their Cabarnet Sauvignon barrels and a rye finished in ex-Pinot Noir barrels. The result, particularly in the bourbon, is a sweeter whiskey swimming in notes of dark fruit and butterscotch.
